Inside, this cheese is white and covered with an ash rind. Tastes of hazelnuts and fresh grass. This cheese is handmade with milk from goats who feed exclusively on grain and silage-free fodder for a superior flavour and quality. Displayed in a wooden box.

200g x Petit Délice de la Madeleine, Cow, France

Triple cream cow’s milk cheese filled with Piedmont white truffles along with a beautiful bloomy rind. The cheese’s melting texture perfectly combines with the refined flavours of the truffle. Displayed in a wooden box.

100g x L’Aiglon aux herbes – Maison Lorho, Sheep, France
Washed for 3 weeks and then generously rubbed with herbs of Provence, pepper, juniper berries, bird’s eye chili, pink peppercorn

Justin Monmousseau, Cuvée Brut Rosé, Touraine, Loire Valley, NV
Produced in the Traditional Method with Cabernet Franc and Gamay Noir grapes, this wine displays aromas of summer fruit, with fresh and elegant notes of raspberry and red currant, citrus, with lively and fine bubbles on the round and supple finish.
