Soft ripened cheese made from cow‘s milk in the Jura Mountains. The cheese matures in a nice wooden box and is surrounded by a belt. Creamy and mild. The Petit Sapin is very similar to the Mont d‘Or AOP, but is available all year long. The box also allows melting the cheese in the oven.
