Grès d’Alsace La Tradition Champagne matured

Made from pasteurized cow’s milk
A soft cheese with a washed rind ripened in the cellars of the Alsatian vineyard for two weeks. The cheeses are washed once or twice with lightly salted brine. The day before they are wrapped, they are washed one last time with champagne for a naturally more intense taste and fruitier aroma.
