On Thursday, November 14th & Thursday, November 21st we are having
Soirée avec Vacherin des Bauges! 

We’re celebrating Vacherin cheese from the Bagues mountains in the Savoie region of France!
Produced in limited quantities and to be eaten during the winter months, Vacherin des Bauges is a washed-rind, pasteurized cow’s milk cheese named after the Savoie mountain range on which it is produced. During its two-week maturation period in the Aillon valley, it is wrapped in spruce bark in order to maintain its round shape. The resulting cheese is in the Mont d’Or style, that is creamy and soft, oozing and with notes of mushroom on the nose. Made by renowned artisan producer Fruitières Chabert, cheesemaker since 1936.

We will pair with Trimbach Riesling from Alsace, France.

A $10.00 reservation fee is required per booking. This guarantees your seat and will be refunded to your bill.
Cancellation without penalty will be accepted by the prior Tuesday at 11:00am.
Seating times are from 5:30pm -7:30pm
6 tables + 8 bar seats

Maximum group size we can host is six
